Prime collection for Knief

Prime is a bathroom suite designed for Knief and Co in Germany using their proprietary “Kstone” solid surface material. the fluid surfaces required moulds to be made. The goal was to get two different bath models, one highback, one flat bath from the same mould to increase value for the client. The highback bath was designed in a single skin so as to enable them to simply cut off the high back to obtain a flat model.

The same for the tall sink. When cutting it down to produce the tabletop sink, there was wastage. We reused he offcut column to produce the oval stools so as to save material and be as ecological as possible.
